In 2018, Momentum helped the National Alliance apply for and launch the Charter School Facility Center. Working with the Facility Center team, Momentum has led research efforts documenting USDA financing for rural charter schools, along with a series of reports documenting facility-related policies in place across charter school states. Those reports document the variety of state policies impacting charter school facility access, including Per Pupil Funding Systems, Access to District Bond Elections, State Program Funding, State Credit Enhancement, and Charter School Access to District Facilities.
